If you would like to exchange or refund your purchased item, please reach out to an agent who will guide you through the process outlined below.IMPORTANT NOTE: Items purchased on SALE are NOT eligible for exchange or refunds.
DOMESTIC ORDERS:
Validity: All products purchased from www.asimjofa.com can be exchanged or refunded only if they are received in a damaged condition, the wrong size, or an incorrect item, within 3 working days of the delivery date—no questions asked!
Conditions for Exchange: Articles are qualified for refund only if they are unused, unwashed, all tags are intact and the packing is in its original condition. Colors of the actual item may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources, or your device settings, therefore products are not eligible for refund for this particular reason. Any excess fabric, stitching styling and accessories or embellishment utilized during photoshoots will not be provided with the product unless mentioned in the product description. Such exchange/refund claims will not be regarded as valid.
Process for Online Exchange: Simply notify us of your intention to exchange within 3 working days of the delivery date. Please provide tracking details along with your order number to our customer service team by calling our helpline at +92-21-111-11-JOFA (5632) or via WhatsApp at (+92) 321-1244-440.
You may choose to use any of the approved courier services listed below. Please share your tracking number within 2 working days of dispatching the item to our premises.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

ASIM JOFA reserves the right to refuse compensation or a refund for damaged items if this information is not provided.
IMPORTANT NOTE: ASIM JOFA is not liable to refund the amount in the below event.
- If an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be edited or canceled.
- If a customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, Asim Jofa is not liable to refund or compensate for the order amount.
- If the parcel is held by the Customs department of the destination country, the customer is responsible for providing all relevant documentation to the authorities. Asim Jofa is not liable to refund the amount in the event of non-clearance of the parcel.
Refunds: If an order has been cancelled before dispatching, it can qualify for a refund to the credit card used for the order.
