Validity:All products purchased from www.asimjofa.com can be exchanged (or) refunded only if they are received in a damaged condition, wrong size, incorrect article within 10 days of the delivery date, no-questions-asked!
Conditions Qualified for Exchange or Refund: Articles are qualified for exchange or refund only if they are unused, unwashed, all tags are intact and the packing is in its original condition. Any excess fabric or embellishment utilized during photoshoots will not be provided with the product unless mentioned on the website. Such exchange/ refund claims will not be regarded as valid.
Process of Online Exchange or Refund: Simply notify us of your exchange or refund intention within 10 days of delivery date and share tracking details along with your order # with our customer services team by calling at our helpline # +92-21-111-11-JOFA (5632) or via WhatsApp # (+92) 321-1244-440
You may choose to use any of below approved courier service companies. You must share tracking # details within 2 working days of dispatch to our premises.
All shipping costs will have to be borne by the customer.
Refund Policy:Refunds are not in cash but in the form of a “coupon’’. If your items meet the required criteria our Customer Services agent will issue you with a coupon that can be redeemed for one-time usage only. You may choose to use this “coupon’’ in the instance of an exchange where the original purchase value differs from the exchanged amount.
Credit card transactions refund policy: If you have paid for your order by credit card, and it qualifies for a refund, the same amount will be returned to the credit card used for the order.
Order Cancellation: Customer may cancel the order at any time before the order has been processed.
Asim Jofa has the right to cancel orders for reasons such as item is out of stock, article found as defective in quality control or the credit / debit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.

Asim Jofa has the right to refuse compensation or refund for damaged articles if this information is not provided.
If an order has been processed or dispatched it cannot be edited or cancelled.
If a customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, Asim Jofa is not liable to refund or compensate for the order amount.If the parcel is on hold by the Customs department of the shipping country, the customer is liable to provide all relevant and required documentation to the authorities. Asim Jofa is not liable to refund the amount in case of non-clearance of the parcel.
Refunds:If an order has been cancelled before dispatching, it can qualify for a refund to the credit card used for the order.
We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular, to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and that all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. Packaging may vary from that shown. The weights, dimensions, and capacities given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on the website as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.
The acceptance of your order begins with the delivery of an e-mail and subsequent phone call for confirmation of your order contents and relevant details
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as earliest as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered.
We shall try our level best to make deliveries in the most reasonable time possible. But order deliveries may be delayed in case of certain unexpected situations; we do not assume any responsibility for delayed deliveries.
International customers can make payments through bank transfers. The order you place is kept on hold for 36 hours after receiving a confirmation email / call from us about the order and payment details. If you plan to make payment after 36 hours of receiving the confirmation, please confirm with us if the products that you have ordered are still in stock.
The Asim Jofa Store(s) takes no guarantee of the product’s availability that you had ordered if you are making the payment after the given timeframe. Though our efforts will be to process your initial order, but if any of the ordered products is out of stock you will be offered to choose any other product/design/color (within the same price range). We will not be held responsible if there are delays in delivery due to out-of-stock products.
If we get no confirmation from the customer, the order might be canceled without any notification.
The International order is processed only after the international customer makes the payment.
Customers within Pakistan can place the order online with Cash on Delivery for up to PKR 30,000.
Orders above PKR 30,000 will be required to make an advance payment.
Customers are required to pay 100% payment in advance for stitching orders.
